It's Not Your Fault

If you are overweight and cannot shed those extra pounds it may not be your fault. It may be your metabolism is too slow. Metabolism is the body’s system for breaking down the nutrients you take in and using them to run your body. If your metabolism is too slow then the body stores the nutrients as fat deposits. And so you gain weight or you cannot lose weight.

Don’t despair though because there is a system out there that can help you increase your metabolism. In doing so you will begin to burn the fat deposits and lose the weight. The method of doing this is called calorie shifting. No you will not be starting another of those starvation diets everyone tries to sell you on. You will continue to eat your meals but you will change how you eat them.

You will eat different types of food at different times and in different amounts each day or two. This will fool your body into changing its metabolic rate regularly. What normally happens is you eat about the same amount of the same foods daily and your body becomes used to that. If you increase your intake your body is set to burn a certain amount and the rest is stored as fat.

When you diet you decrease you caloric intake and as you do so your body then adjusts to protect itself and your metabolism slows thus you lose weight for a while but then you flatten out and stop losing. The human body thinks you are trying to starve it and works to protect itself in this manner.

What we have you do is to increase the amount you eat for a couple of days thus increasing your metabolism. Then you eat less for a couple of days and your metabolic rate is up so your body consumes what you take in plus some of your stored fat. The next couple of days you eat something different in a different amount and the same thing happens. You fool your body into keeping the metabolism high thus burning calories and helping you to lose weight.

This method has worked and continues to work today. I myself lost over 20 pounds using this method of eating and I have managed to keep it off for over a year now. Look for more information on this method in my articles.
